A Creative Space
Based in the heart of Los Angeles' fashion district, 824 Building was built in 1929 for industrial garment manufacturing. Although the focus still remains on garment production/sales the building now hosts many kinds of creative projects with amazing views of the everchanging downtown Los Angeles landscape.

$59/ hour for bookings within operating hours (Monday - Friday 9:30AM-5PM). Saturdays & Sundays 10:30 AM - 5PM $69/hour. After hours charged an additional $20/hour to have onsite security. This rate applies to booking of 8 or less people with minimal equipment. For larger productions please inquire.
LOFT 302
$45/ hour for bookings within operating hours (Monday - Friday 9:30AM-5PM). Saturdays & Sundays 10:30 AM - 5PM $59/hour. After hours charged an additional $20/hour to have onsite security.
